Special Live Performance by acclaimed singer-songwriter Andrew Bird, to benefit the Chicago Short Film Brigade. Included in this unique event is a short independent film program presented by Chicago curator Xan Aranda. All proceeds to benefit the Chicago Short Film Brigade, which will bring ongoing quarterly screenings of Midwestern and international short film to Dubuque.
